In my essay “Reconsidering the Lobster”, I discussed my viewpoint after revisiting David Foster Wallace’s “Consider the Lobster”. Wallace’s piece ends with a series of controversial questions that encourage readers to reflect on how animals are killed and treated by humans. I reference Ross Andersen’s work “What the Crow Knows” in my essay to expand on my thoughts. These two essays help in addressing the issue and in my essay throughout this project.
